Erron Smith

Erron is responsible for directing various business recruitment initiatives, including researching and promoting commercial real estate properties suitable for business relocation and expansion needs in Connecticut, managing CT SiteFinder - Connecticut's most comprehensive listing of available commercial and industrial real estate properties, and conducting other business-to-business associated activities. He directs SiteFinder member outreach and serves as primary point-of-contact for Requests for Information, in-market corporate site visits, and other ad-hoc deliverables for end-users and site selection consultants that are evaluating Connecticut as a strategic location for business investment and operations.
In addition, he represents the state of Connecticut at real estate industry conferences, trade shows and related economic development events.
Erron earned his bachelor's degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and earned his master’s degree in real estate at Georgetown University. He is a member of the Connecticut Economic Development Association, Real Estate Finance Association, and previously served on the Connecticut State Marshal Commission.
